Ever heard of Gleaning? Green Mountain College, The Vermont Agency of Agriculture, and Grow a Row have tagged up to commission a micro documentary on small food systems in Vermont. The Agency of Ag gave Green Mtn a portable flash freeze unit to assist all the good work they do in linking farming operations with local charities so everyone has access to local organic food.
